This beautiful trio is about to become a family of four. A little love from big brother and some quiet moments with mom and dad made this session sweet and magical. I can't wait to capture their birth story and those first fleeting moments.
The desert is truly magical and my very favorite place to shoot. There's just something about that light that is pure and crisp. I always swoon over these sessions; but this one is my new favorite (my babies always steal my heart). The desert also reminds me of my daddy and my childhood. I can feel him when I'm there; it's like I'm just a little closer to him. I know he was watching us; smiling down on his beautiful little ladies in his land.
Last weekend we went on a little road trip to Borrego Springs to check out the "super blooms". Thanks to all the rain So Cal has had the last few months, the desert is in full bloom. I've really never seen anything quite like it. Apparently, it hasn't looked like this in almost 12 years. My girls loved it!! Lola and Ellie were thrilled to pose and play dress up for me....Marlowe on the other hand was less than thrilled. She just wanted to wander and check things out; really I can't blame her....it was spectacular!! My 3 little ladies, really are the sweetest models any photographer could ever dream of. Now I just need to find some wall space in our home for these lovelies!
I hope you enjoy a peek at some of my favorite images. If you live close, you really should take a drive and check it out. We packed dinner and enjoyed the views.
Oh and don't forget to bring your camera!!
ps. if anyone wants to go on an adventure, I could be persuaded to do some session here :)
Sweet Olivia is almost one! Fall is finally here, so we took a drive out to Oma'a Pumpkin Patch for a little autumn pumpkin session. Olivia and her momma are so sweet and so in love with each other. Enjoy...
Last weekend we visited the pumpkin patch at Bates Nut Farm in San Diego. We had such a wonderful family day. There was so much fun stuff for the whole family. The girls loved all the animals and the tractor ride. If you've never been, it's worth the drive out. Here's a few of my favorite photos from the day. Happy Halloween!
